We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Julia. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with the biggest smile and made us feel so welcome. She even invited us to pet the dogs, which instantly made our visit special. Julia was incredibly patient and professional. She explained everything clearly about how to bring a pet home and what services and products come with it, making sure we felt informed and confident. You can truly tell she cares about both the animals and the customers. She is super kind, knowledgeable, and provides true 5-star service. Highly recommended. If you visit, definitely ask for Julia!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Pet Center. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place truly cares about animals and the people who love them. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They take the time to answer questions and genuinely want to help you find the best fit, whether it’s for a new pet or the perfect supplies. You never feel rushed or pressured, just welcomed. And the puppies… absolutely adorable and clearly well cared for! We got our puppy from here, and she is hands down the best dog we’ve ever had and we’ve had a lot of dogs in our lifetime. She is so smart, so special, incredibly cuddly, and has brought more joy into our lives than we could have imagined. Everyone I know who has gotten a puppy from here says the same thing… they are the happiest, best dogs ever!!! They also have a great selection of high-quality products, from food to toys to everything in between - everything feels thoughtfully chosen. Overall, it’s just an all-around wonderful experience every time I go. You can feel the passion they have for what they do. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pet or top-notch pet care products! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a wonderful experience at Pet Center! The staff is genuinely kind, attentive, and so helpful & they go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and informed. The puppies are adorable and clearly well taken care of, which was really important to me. You can tell there’s a lot of care behind the scenes. I was also impressed with their selection of products, everything from food to toys felt high quality and well curated. The pets are so friendly and playful. Really made our day. It’s not just a pet store, it’s a place that really cares. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.

I had a great experience with the staff at PetCenter Old Bridge when purchasing my girl Nova. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right puppy. What really stood out to me was the level of care even after I brought Nova home, they took the time to follow up and check on how she was doing, which meant a lot to me. It’s clear they truly care about the animals and their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new furry family member!

Had an amazing experience. One of the workers was very kind and I was able to have a small moment to play with the most adorable dog Bell! She was so energetic and so loving it warmed my heart. Amazing place to see for the first time and I would come back! Would highly recommend visiting this place if you want the right dog for you!

I had a wonderful experience at Pet Center of Old Bridge! The customer service was outstanding! Brianna was the absolute best! I received a lot of information and she was able to answer all the questions I had! I met Greenbean and he stole my heart the first time i’ve seen him! Pet Center of Old Bridge is the best & I’ll be recommending it to others! PS. Greenbean says hello to all of the Pet Center of Old Bridge employees! We will be visiting back soon!🐶

I had such a great experience at Pet Center. The entire team is so friendly and welcoming - it really makes a difference when you can tell the staff truly loves what they do. The puppies are absolutely beautiful and well cared for, and it’s clear they get a lot of attention and love. Everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully run. They also carry a really nice variety of products, and the staff was super helpful in guiding me toward the best options without being pushy at all. Overall, just a really positive, feel-good place. I would definitely recommend stopping in! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great after-school visit with my young niece and nephew! They loved seeing the puppies, rabbits & fish. Jake and his colleagues were attentive, helpful, not pushy and answered all of our questions. The store was also very clean and well-maintained.

Me and my wife were in the store post Christmas just browsing around for some African Cicalids and came across some beauties. Had the pleasure of working with Austin who was very knowledgeable of the breed. Picked up 6 of them to add to my community in my 75 gallon tank. Thank you Austin for the amazing service and advice. Looking forward to many more great fish adventures to the store. I am in amazement at the most beautiful fish I have purchased from The Petcenter in Old Bridge this afternoon. Austin you’ve done it again. This new batch of African Cichlids are so vibrant in colors and healthy I would have been a fool to not purchase them. Your deep knowledge of the breed is so welcoming. Thank you for the AMAZING service and quality of product you sell.

I visited PetCenter today while trying to decide whether I wanted to learn more about dogs or consider getting a rabbit, and I had such a wonderful experience. Paul took the time to patiently explain the different breeds, their personalities, and the regulations involved in pet ownership. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. What really stood out was that the staff genuinely care about the animals and want them to go to homes where they will be loved and well cared for, rather than simply making a sale. Paul’s kindness and passion for animals were truly evident throughout our visit. I also had the chance to spend some time with Cosmo, a Yochon puppy, who was such a calm, sweet, and lovable little guy. The entire experience left a great impression on me. Whenever I decide to bring a dog into my family, this will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended!
